Tamara Zoch, PsyD
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Tamara Zoch is a licensed psychologist in Arizona and Texas. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology (SCCAP). Dr. Zoch’s passion and specialty lie in pediatric psychology, evaluating children and adolescents with suspected neurodevelopmental disorders, such as:
Helping clients and their families find answers and develop a roadmap for care is at the forefront of her professional focus. Prior to completing her doctoral-level training, Dr. Zoch earned a master’s degree in educational psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Baylor University. After years of providing ABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental disorders, she sought further education and training. She received her doctoral degree (PsyD) from the APA-accredited program at the University of Indianapolis. She completed an APA-accredited internship in clinical psychology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. This training consortium included rotations at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, and the UT Boling Center for Developmental Disabilities. Through her training here, she also earned a certification in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Her postdoctoral fellowship training focused on the assessment of children and adolescents at the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, housed within UT Southwestern Medical Center & Children’s Medical Center.
In her spare time, Dr. Zoch enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, and traveling. She loves meeting new people, exploring new places, and discovering new cuisines. At home, she loves to garden, cook, paint, and read.
